Premium WAV Lease AGREEMENT
EFFECTIVE DATE: March 15, 2026
This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of March 15, 2026 by and between Metro Boomin (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") and Future (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee").

1. Grant of Rights
The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to record vocal synchronization to the instrumental track entitled "MASK OFF".
The Licensee is permitted to distribute up to 1 commercial release(s) containing the instrumental track. The Licensee is authorized to accumulate up to 100,000 total audio streams across all digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
2. Publishing and Royalties
With respect to the publishing rights and ownership of the underlying composition embodied in the Master, the Licensor, Metro Boomin, maintains 50% of publishing rights, and the Licensee maintains 50% of publishing rights.
The Licensor expressly retains all rights not expressly granted to the Licensee hereunder, including the right to license the instrumental track to other parties.
